A: We have noted that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has decided to resign. It is an event of Japan's internal affairs. Thanks to the joint efforts of the two governments and people from all walks of life of the two countries, in recent years, Sino-Japanese relations have witnessed tangible improvement and development. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has played a positive and constructive role. We believe that further developing Sino-Japanese relations is in the fundamental interests of the two countries and two peoples, and the momentum of development will continue.
